Annual Meeting

Our 71st Annual Members Meeting was February 20, 2008 at the Platte County 4-H Building. Highlighting this year's meeting was the historic vote by our member-owners to "opt-out" of rate regulation by Wyoming Public Service Commission. Jack Finnerty was re-elected to director district #3. Britt Wilson was elected to director district #1.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THIS YEAR'S ANNUAL MEETING CAN BE SEEN BELOW

434 member-owners registered and 596 members, employees and spouses attended the health fair, setting a new annual meeting attendance record.

 

"Blood Draw" at the health fair prior to the start of the Annual MeetingPlatte County Memorial Hospital personnel did a magnificent job getting evryone through the health fair quickly.

Director Britt Wilson

Britt Wilson was elected to a 3 year term as director. He replaces Vi Goodrich, who retired at the end of her term and did not seek re-election.

Luke Kaufman spoke to the membership about his experiences at last year's "Electric Cooperative Youth Leadership Camp" in Clark, Colorado.
