Your Community is Our Community
Wheatland REA loves to stay active in the Platte County community, and we have fun doing it! This year we participated in the First Annual Kiwanis Discovery Day, and brought our digger truck and bucket truck so the kids could see some of our equipment, and how we use it. We were also involved in the Platte County Businessmans Challenge, and this year, we had two teams. We have a scholarship program which we are proud of. Al Teel always takes time out of his busy schedule to help our youth; this year he taught survival skills to a group of kids.
Wheatland REA is committed to giving back to the community. Use the links above to find out about our safety presentations, and how youth in the community can benefit from free programs and college scholarships.
