On September 1, 2019 the winter schedule of on-peak/off-peak hours for our time-of-day members (electric thermal storage heating) begins. These hours are in effect until December 31, 2019. If we receive no changes from Tri-State in on/off peak hours, the schedule will continue as is until April 30, 2020. If there are any changes, they will take effect on January 1, 2020 and we will notify you.
